Name and Meaning: Lilly Diela, couldn't tell you the meaning. We came up with all of our kids names when we were on vacation in Newport Beach. We were engaged and eating those yummy fresh corn dogs. MMMmmm. We later wrote them in my scriptures, so it is scripture. Lilly is short for Lillian, who was a teacher when I was around 14. I really looked up to her. Then Diela was after my favorite Great Aunt, who I dearly loved when I was little.
Age: 2 years old
Nickname: Punkin, Scooterbops, Monkey, Crazy, and Sis.
Favorite Foods: Yogurk and juice and snacks. Pretty much anything really unless she doesn't feel like eating, which is few and far between. She'll eat her breakfast. Then come over and go Hum, Hum, Hum until I start feeding her my breakfast. Then when Blaine gets home at 8:30am she will want to eat his also. Like she is still hungry.
Favorite Activities: Loves to read and look at books, Loves our dogs to pieces-shares her drinks and food, loves to give them treats and pet them and hug them and get smeared by Junior(yuck), Loves music, loves storytime, loves to get hurt and be rushed to the hospital, loves to swing on the bars at gymnastics, loves to help mom shop and Help Ocean fill the water bottles, likes to help mom unload the dishes, loves to eat, loves to jump and dance, and finally loves to play with her brother Ocean.
Least Favorite Food: corn and rice
Favorite Music: She loves the song that has the "shake shake shake" in it and another with "Bop, Bop, Bop" in it. Other than that if it is upbeat she'll dance or shake her butt to it.
Favorite Toys: her princess shoes, the car, the slide, her horse flashlight, and loves to play cars with Ocean. Her ducky though is her most prized possession.
Favorite Books: She loves the Elmo series we have.
Favorite item of clothing: Shoes, Shoes, and Shoes. Not that she keeps them on.
What makes her happy: Snacks, Juice, Yogurt, Shoes, Going outside, the Park, and Ocean, and Daddy.
What makes her sad: Owies, Ocean not being nice, spanks, and not having her ducky.

Dog House Built By Blaine & Travis

The dog was built for Lucy and Junior, but I guess it is big enough for Blaine if he gets in trouble. Lilly and Ocean loved the dog house too. Tonight when everyone came home Lucy and Junior were sound asleep inside the dog house. Junior only poked his head out to see who was home, and then he went back inside.

Diapers; No Diapers!

Lilly came up with a joke. She says "Diaper? " And we say either "You don't wear a diaper", or "No diaper." She is potty trained as of 10-6-08. And we are so proud of her and are happy that we are a diaper free house. Yeah! We owe it all to www.3daypottytraining.com.
